how can an email be sent from my blackberry that i did not send ?

   If an email was sent, then there would be a copy in your message folder (with date and time).
   In the mean time, if that is happening (which is very rare), you should wipe the blackberry and start fresh. I wouldnt connect it to your pc until those issues are taken care of as well.
